Art Therapy Class Brings Youth Together

Laughter, color, and inspiration filled the room as the CIN Youth Program hosted its latest art therapy class. Students of all ages came together, transforming blank canvases into expressions of emotion and imagination.

Beyond the brushstrokes, the workshop offered something deeper: a moment of release and renewal. Many found that painting and drawing helped them quiet their stress and channel their feelings into something beautiful.

The day also sparked new friendships. As young artists collaborated and encouraged one another, a true sense of community took shape. The event showcased how art can heal, connect, and inspire, and organizers hope this is only the beginning of many more sessions to come.
