Update from the Congolese Health Board

After witnessing the incredible success of healing circles within our youth program, we have decided to extend this model to support parents as well.

Refugees and immigrants have endured unimaginable atrocities, leaving them burdened with depression and anxiety.

Simply providing food and shelter is not enough for them to thrive in a new country. Mental healing is crucial. That's why the Congolese Health Board has proudly welcomed a mental health counselor on board to break the taboo surrounding mental health in our community.

Together, let's seek peer and professional support to heal and create a brighter future for all.

Let’s create a safe space for us all where sharing bounds up.
