Community Faces Award

The Community Faces Award is an annual celebration hosted by the Congolese Integration Network (CIN) to honor the resilience, innovation, and courage of members of our community. This is our chance to recognize the individuals who inspire us, make a difference, and demonstrate the strength of our community every day.

This year, you have the opportunity to nominate outstanding individuals in three categories:

  1. Overcoming Challenges: Someone who has faced significant obstacles this year and shown remarkable resilience.

  2. Community Impact: Someone who has brought positive change to our refugee and immigrant community.

  3. Most Selfless Person: Someone who consistently puts others before themselves and demonstrates extraordinary generosity.

Nomination Details:

  • You can nominate one person per category.

  • Nominations are open until mid-November.

Voting:

  • From mid-November to the end of November, the community will vote for their favorite nominees.

  • The nominee with the most votes in each category will be recognized as the winner.

Awards & Celebration:

  • Winners will receive a trophy.

  • Trophies will be presented during CIN’s Annual End-of-Year Celebration on December 13th.
