We were honored to have Hellen Lunkuse Tanyinga, co-founder of Bulungi Tree Shade Friends Meeting in Jinja, Uganda, share her inspiring journey of resilience with us. Her work and recent recognition as the Executive Director of the Rape Hurts Foundation (www.rapehurts.org) have touched hearts globally.

As a survivor of rape, Hellen's story of strength, courage, and hope resonated deeply with all of us. Her insights and guidance on healing from pain and trauma were truly invaluable.

We want to express our gratitude to Hellen for her willingness to share her story and inspire us all. Your presence and words have made a lasting impact on our community.

We also want to thank everyone who attended the healing circle, creating a safe space for sharing, listening, and learning from one another's experiences. Your openness and support contributed to the success of this event.

Together, we can heal, grow, and create a brighter future for ourselves and our children. Let's continue to support one another on our healing journeys.

Stay tuned for more upcoming events and opportunities for healing and growth. We are here for you every step of the way.
