A Big Win for CIN as Seattle Celebrates Community Growth

Seattle, WA – This week marked a proud moment for the Congolese Integration Network (CIN) as it was recognized at the Seattle Workforce Development Council Graduation Event, a celebration of resilience, progress, and local impact.

CIN was selected to receive funding through the Council’s initiative aimed at strengthening nonprofit infrastructure. With this support, CIN has partnered with Bambee HR to enhance its human resources capacity, focusing on building strong, equitable internal systems.

For CIN, this milestone goes beyond operations. It represents a deeper commitment to its team and to creating a sustainable, inclusive culture that supports long-term growth.

The organization expressed gratitude to the Seattle Workforce Development Council and extended congratulations to fellow nonprofits recognized during the event. With renewed momentum, CIN looks ahead with optimism and determination to continue building a stronger, more connected community.
