Community Invited to Monthly Healing Circle and Free Food Distribution

Residents are being invited to gather for a day focused on both emotional well-being and essential support, as organizers host their upcoming Monthly Healing Circle on April 29 from 12 to 1 p.m. at their headquarters in SeaTac.

Designed as a safe and welcoming environment, the Healing Circle offers individuals and families a space to share experiences, reflect, and begin or continue their personal healing journeys. Through guided conversations and community support, the initiative aims to strengthen connections and promote collective well-being.

Following the session, attendees will have access to a free food distribution, with more than 2,000 pounds of fresh and nutritious food available. Organizers say the effort reflects an ongoing commitment to addressing both the emotional and practical needs of the community.

Participants are encouraged to attend with friends, family members, or neighbors, reinforcing a spirit of unity and mutual support. By combining wellness programming with direct resources, the event highlights a broader approach to community care—one that recognizes the importance of both connection and access.
