Dernière mise à jour : 13 sept. 2025

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON : The roars of the lions and chirps of the monkeys provided a unique, celebratory soundtrack as a group of young graduates marked a major milestone at the Woodland Park Zoo. Stepping out of the classroom and into the wild, these bright-eyed students, along with their families and friends, celebrated the completion of their early learning program. They are now officially ready to take on kindergarten.

The send-off event was nothing short of memorable. Each graduate received a backpack full of supplies to kickstart their new academic journey, a tangible symbol of their transition to the next phase of education. The air was filled with excitement as the children explored the zoo, their curiosity and joy evident with every new animal they discovered.

The day's events underscored the program's philosophy that learning isn't just confined to books; it’s an adventure found in exploration and shared experiences. As the children marveled at the wildlife, their laughter and bonding were a testament to the strong community they've built over the past two years.

A Bright Future Awaits

The celebration ended with a powerful message of encouragement for the young graduates. They were urged to embrace their new journey with open arms and let their curiosity lead the way.

"Remember, every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow. Embrace it with open arms and let your curiosity lead the way! Keep reaching for the stars!"

As these young learners head to their new classrooms, they carry with them the lessons of perseverance, friendship, and kindness. Their small steps have already left a big mark, and their future is undoubtedly filled with countless adventures and achievements.
