A New Health Partnership Brings Hope to the Congolese Community

Seattle, WA – The Congolese Integration Network (CIN) has announced a powerful new partnership with the Washington State Department of Health, in collaboration with The Health Commons Project. This marks a major step forward in advancing health equity for the Congolese community in Washington State.

The initiative focuses on organizing accessible vaccine events that go beyond immunization. These events are designed to respond to the deeper challenges affecting community well-being, including housing, stress, and access to care.

CIN expressed deep gratitude to the Washington State Department of Health for its consistent presence, resources and guidance throughout the process.

Through culturally competent case management, CIN is creating a supportive and responsive health environment. The organization’s dedicated health access interns continue to play a key role by helping individuals navigate services and receive essential care.

This partnership is about more than health services. It’s about trust, inclusion and empowerment. CIN invites all community members to join upcoming events and help build a healthier, stronger future together.
