About

You're invited to join us for a Healing Circle, where we come together to celebrate the resilience of our refugee and immigrant communities and embark on a journey of healing from past traumatic experiences that have led many of us to leave our countries.

At our Healing Circle, everyone is invited to participate. We believe that healing is an essential part of our journey towards a brighter future, and by coming together in community, we can support each other on this path.

We understand that healing is a process, and it's important to take the time to heal from past wounds. Our Healing Circle will provide a safe and supportive space for community sharing, where you can express yourself freely and connect with others who understand your experiences.

In addition to community sharing, we will also offer:

  • A nice meal to nourish both body and soul
  • Gentle music therapy to soothe the spirit
  • Opportunities for instrumental expression
  • Guidance from licensed therapists on dealing with and healing from trauma

We believe that healing is a journey that leads to empowerment. When we heal ourselves, we become better equipped to heal our families, communities, and the world around us. Join us for an evening of healing, connection, and growth.

All are welcome, including our community leaders, because after you heal, you will be better equipped to support and uplift those you serve.

We look forward to seeing you at our Healing Circle, where together, we can find strength, support, and healing.
